Have you ever wanted to start your own meditation practice but not known where to begin?
Well, this course provides you with the skills and knowledge that you need to help you establish your own home meditation habit. In this seven-day course I will teach you different techniques and how best to implement them into your lifestyle so that you finish this week long course with the confidence to continue meditating on your own.
For each of the 7 days there is a roughly 30-minute video in which I discuss the skills you are learning and guide you through meditations. Each day is a progression from the previous session, and although the course is designed to be done daily for a week, you can do it at your own pace. The meditation style is easy, accessible and down to earth and suitable for anyone.
Meditation helps to calm the mind by bringing space into it. In this course the techniques you learn will help you to create a calmer mind and to create space between your thoughts. It will help you to act purposefully rather than reacting without thought so that you can live your life to the full.
